Taking The #PerfectOOTD with OPPO F1s. (How To Avoid Okray Of The Day?)

Location : Science Hub Tower 4 Mckinley Hill, Taguig City.

“I am perfect due to my imperfections” I uttered...
This was my statement when I had an intense conversation with one of my friends. That topic arose as we were talking about my (worst) attitude – being a perfectionist. Yeah, I admit that I am very keen towards any small details that I enclosed –proper time management, following my schedules and among others. Moreover, when it comes to choosing what to wear, I am very particular also about it. I always make sure that it should be in a balance combination both comfortability and style. I don’t wanna look like “trying hard” to wear a high fashioned outfits yet I am no longer relaxed to move freely. I am very certain on how do I look in every single day, and so checking in front of the mirror is not my thing  and I need  my “outfit of the day” to be documented by taking pictures.

Taking pictures of your “outfit of the day” is logical because you will be able to see the progress of yourself in opting the appropriate get up in proportion to your activity on that day. Certainly, posting your OOTD on your social media will also help you interact your followers; let them give you some advice and unconsciously, you learn how listen and embrace constructive criticism.

Location: U.P. Ayala Land Technohub,Commonwealth Ave, Diliman, Quezon City, 1101 Metro Manila
Honestly, I am a perfectionist type of person. I want to be visually pleasant whenever I go to work. It boosts my confident and it will end up my day with a productive, vibrant and happy perspective. Deep within, I knew that I am not impeccable but the possibility of getting perfection is attainable - it depends on how you live on it.

Location: Marikina Sports Complex,Sumulong Highway corner Shoe Avenue, Marikina, 1800 Metro Manila
Furthermore, I am very rational on my OOTD or simply “OUTFIT of THE DAY”; but I am also extremely afraid of the same abbreviation “OOTD” or simply “OKRAY OF THE DAY”. Especially that I am using social media as a platform of getting feedbacks from my followers, as much as possible, I need to be more fervent in selecting what to wear and what to post on that day, to avoid destructive comments that will later affect me in growing. But again, like I’ve said - embrace constructive criticism and ignore unhelpful denunciation.

Perfect outfit? Check! Perfect backdrop? Check! Perfect Motif? Check!  Everything is now ready to take a shot for your Instagram’s OOTD. But there is one thing missing, is your camera’s performance is enough to produce quality pictures? Well, that is also a huge factor that I consider – to have a quality picture for your social media is a must”. Your perfect “outfit of the day” is a waste if your pictures are not quality enough and as a perfectionist, everything should be perfect, no room for flaws.

In a fast pacing lifestyle, not all social media influencer like me will bring a DSLR Camera for candid shots. And choosing a camera phone as a replacement for DSLR is the best remedy. Just make sure that you are going to select a handy phone camera without sacrificing the quality of your pictures.  With the height of 154.5 mm, width of 76 mm, thickness of 7.38 mm and weight of 160g - OPPO F1s is perfect for you. Despite of its handy and slim features, it can still provide a quality photos since it has 13-megapixel rear sensor, 16-megapixel front sensor and aperture of f/2.2(rear) & f/2.0(front) – all are my requisite in choosing camera phone. In addition to that, it has 32GB built-in memory which is expandable to 128gb. I am pretty sure that it can store tons of OOTD photos. The battery juice is 3075 mAh which beneficial for you who loves taking pictures and previewing it afterwards before posting on your social media .Then  OPPO F1s has all of it. CLICK HERE

Undeniably, no one is perfect but if you are giving your 100% best on what you are doing, therefore, getting perfection is pretty easy. Just like me, from choosing a simple but stylist “OutFit of the Day”, dramatic backdrop and quality phone camera like OPPO 1s – I am confident that Taking The #PerfectOOTD is in my hand.

Celebrating My 29th Birthday at Che’lu: The Longest Running Gay Disco Bar in Manila.

In celebration of my 29th birthday, my friends Eddien, Allan, and Ace (featured in previous vlog episodes) joined me for a memorable night out in Malate, Manila. Initially, we planned a simple celebration at home to give thanks for another year. However, we quickly decided to take our merrymaking to the heart of the gay capital of the Philippines: Malate.

Getting to Malate: Taxi Tips

Before diving into the party, here are some essential tips for hiring a taxi in Manila:

  1. Check the Meter: Ensure the meter is activated before the ride starts to avoid overcharging.
  2. Starting Fare: The meter should begin at 40 Pesos.
  3. Report Issues: Note the cab’s name and number to report any errant drivers to the LTFRB hotline.
  4. Mall Taxi Ranks: Mall operators monitor taxi operations closely to prevent drivers from choosing only nearby destinations.
Despite these precautions, we encountered a driver who rerouted us to inflate the fare. Stay vigilant!

Why Che’lu is a Must-Visit.

Located at Maria Orosa Ave (corner Nakpil St.), Che’lu is a popular gay bar, grill, and late-night dance club. As the longest-running gay disco bar in Malate, it has withstood the test of time, even as other establishments closed down.

What to Expect at Che’lu.

Spacious Venue: Che’lu has expanded over the years, now boasting a large space to accommodate more partygoers.

Music and Lights: The DJs at Che’lu perfectly mix music to energize the crowd, catering to various age groups. The sound system is excellent, and the lighting setup includes laser lights, front lights, black lights, and disco balls.

Live Performances: On Saturday nights, enjoy a 30-minute show featuring diverse dance performances, from Las Vegas-style and hip-hop to modern jazz and interpretative dance. The highlight is the girls’ showdown, showcasing impressive splits, rolling, tumbling, and grinding.

Affordable Entrance Fee: For just PHP 300, you get three bottles of local beer. Despite the many guests, the air conditioning keeps the venue comfortably cool, and the service is prompt and friendly.

Our Night at Che’lu

After a simple birthday dinner at home, we quickly dressed up and headed to Malate. Che’lu exceeded our expectations with its lively atmosphere, excellent music, and fantastic performances. It’s not just a bar but a symbol of the enduring spirit of the LGBTQ+ community in Manila.

Conclusion

Celebrating my 29th birthday at Che’lu was an unforgettable experience. If you find yourself in Malate, Manila, Che’lu is a must-visit destination. With its affordable prices, vibrant ambiance, and welcoming crowd, it’s the perfect place to celebrate and create lasting memories.

Due to fast pacing lifestyle nowadays, Filipinos are opting the alternative scheme of making life more convenience as possible. By maximizing the full potential of the technologies that are obtainable today – mobile, computer and internet – both selling and buying goods and services has also change.

Marketplace became electronically connected to the world of no boundaries the so called E-commerce. Unsurprisingly, tons of online stores were established to cater this dramatic change of Filipinos’ needs. We have online food store like Foodpanda, online hotel reservation like Agoda, online fashion store like Zalora , travel booking like Expedia,  and the famous online variety store Lazada , among others. Filipinos can shop at the comfort of their home in just a single click regardless of economic status .In fact, in a short span of time, E-commerce is no longer new to us and we kept on using it as a medium of selling and purchasing; meaning – seemed that online store today is just like a conventional store along the streets wherein we spent cash for a change of goods and services.

Recently, a new company broke the pale way of online shopping and made it more exciting to all online shopaholic. By offering cashback for online shopping, ShopBack Philippines is hoping to help Filipinos save more money while shopping online. The said company already established their name in Singapore (Shopback Singapore) and Malaysia (Shopback Malaysia) as reliable and responsive cashback website.  Providing rebates to consumers when they shop is famous in western countries, but not in Southeast Asia. And so, adaptation of this approach was brought to ASIA by Shopback. It became a breakthrough, not just for the people behind Shopback but also the stakeholders – buyers (users) and sellers (partnered merchant).

Shopback Company’s head quarter is located at 71 Ayer Rajah Crescent #02-18 Singapore 139951. Proudly saying the Philippines will be included in their success as they branch out the country. Their office in Ph is located at 6th Floor, OPL Building, 100 Don Carlos Palanca, Legaspi Village, Makati City, 1229 Metro Manila.

Dynamic People Behind Shopback Philippines (photo by Shopback)

Starting your Shopback account is very easy; I love to share the comprehensive instruction for you to have one.

  1. Go to Shopback.Ph using your favourite browser.

2.Sign up. There are two ways (a).using your email address (b) and using your facebook account. You will be given automatically PHP100 to your account upon signing up and making your first purchase.

3.And finally, verify your email address by checking the verification notice in your email.

Since you already set your account. You can now start to purchase to any partnered merchant. Please be advised , for you to get the cashback, you need  to buy the item or service right in Shopback and not directly to the website/online store of your choose merchant. The merchant will give the commission to Shopback; and Shopback will give it to you.

The cash will be credited back to your shop account which is redeemable via paypal or through the partnered bank – BDO, BPI, sounds great right? After a long day of stressful work , you can now spend your hard-earned money , indulge the purchase items/service and get paid for it. Seemingly, sounds extremely good to be true and looks like there’s a “catch” behind it. BUT ah ah. this is for real....if you’ve been using a credit card and you kept receiving  miles, points and rebates –it is all the same with  Shopback. Frequent shoppers deserve to have it.

Shopback is also available in mobile with a forecasted 100,000 downloads in the next six months. Just download the application in google playstore for android users and appstore for IOS users. This beneficial for you because you can now shop and earn simultaneously, right at the comfort of your own secured zone.

Undeniably, I was amazed by this newly online store platform. It is like a one-stop online shop wherein the list of my favourite online stores is available from A to Z. Last month, I just bought my VR box directly to LAZADA website since I wasn’t aware that Shopback’s operation is already available in Philippines. I felt regret about this because upon learning this, I realised I could get 10% cashback for my Lazada purchase as well as have access to exclusive online voucher codes.

Well.. well ..well. moving forward, I’ll be using now this portal. This has the potential to help me save the most if I book travel-related services online. Shopback gives up to P400 cashback on Agoda bookings and 8% cashback for Expedia ones..

If you’re not convinced yet, from 1-8 September, they will be having a build-up sale! Featuring upsized cashback up to 19% and items marked down to P99 and below, this is something you wouldn’t want to miss out. They will also host contests and giveaways including foot peelers, Xiaomi bluetooth speaker, ZALORA gift certificate and Althea beauty box. One lucky spender per day will also be rewarded with a P99 J.CO Donuts & Coffee gift certificate. Sign up now so you won’t miss the chance to save more!

As an online influencer, blogger and youtuber – I need to be tactful in spending my money, and considering Shopback is a SMART decision

They also produce antibodies to fight infection. But sometimes the tonsils themselves become infected. Overwhelmed by bacteria or viruses, they swell and become inflamed, a condition known as tonsillitis.

Hello everyone! Welcome back to my health and wellness vlog series.

In today’s update, I want to share a personal journey I’ve been through recently — my recovery from tonsillitis. This is Hospital Vlog 4, and I’m finally receiving great news from my doctor about my condition. 🙌

I was rushed to the Emergency Room at St. Luke’s Medical Center after suffering from high fever, throat pain, and difficulty swallowing. It turns out I was dealing with a bad case of tonsillitis — a common yet painful inflammation of the tonsils, caused by either a viral or bacterial infection.

Tonsils are those two tissue masses at the back of our throat that act as our body’s natural filter — but when overwhelmed, they can get infected themselves. In my case, I was given strong intravenous antibiotics immediately, and within a day or two, my symptoms started to improve. My fever was gone, I could eat soft foods again, and most importantly — my appetite came back!

The hospital also took some blood samples for a culture test to identify the exact bacteria, but because I responded so well to the general antibiotics, they didn’t need to use the test results anymore. My recovery was fast and smooth, and I’m truly grateful for the amazing healthcare team who looked after me.

🎥 Watch the full vlog below to see the actual footage of the resident doctor doing their rounds and checking up on my progress.

This vlog isn’t just about my health scare — it’s also a reminder that early intervention, proper care, and timely medical support can make a huge difference.

Thank you so much for following my journey. Don’t forget to leave a comment, like the video, and subscribe for more updates about health, recovery, and real-life experiences inside the hospital.

Stay healthy and take care always! 💚

🚑 Rushing Myself To St. Lukes Medical Center BGC Due To Acute Tonsilitis.

July 8, 2016, started like any other day, but little did I know it would mark the beginning of a severe health scare. After enjoying an ice cream treat from a fast food restaurant, I began to feel unwell. By the early hours of July 9, my condition had worsened significantly. At 2 AM, despite feeling feverish and off, I still managed to work. However, as my shift ended at 11 AM, my fever spiked to a worrying 39.5°C (103.1°F). Feeling extremely dizzy and weak, I knew I needed medical attention and decided to rush to St. Luke's Medical Center in BGC.

The emergency room staff quickly attended to me, administering a paracetamol injection to bring down my fever. After a thorough examination and complete blood tests, I was diagnosed with acute tonsillitis. The doctors sent me home with medications, but the situation didn't improve. By July 10, my fever soared to 40°C (104°F), and the pain in my throat became unbearable, making it impossible to swallow food or water. Dehydration set in, and I felt weaker than ever. Realizing the severity of my condition, I returned to St. Luke's Medical Center at 5 AM. The doctors decided to admit me to monitor the infection and prevent further dehydration. They suspected a Streptococcus spp. infection and needed to culture it to determine the appropriate treatment.

This experience was a stark reminder of how quickly health can deteriorate and the importance of seeking timely medical help. Acute tonsillitis, if left untreated, can lead to serious complications. I hope sharing my story encourages others to prioritize their health and seek immediate medical attention when needed. Stay tuned for more updates as I navigate this health challenge and work towards recovery.

Featuring The Sexy and Hot Nomadic Man ( Why Video Outro Is Important In Youtube)

What’s goin on you guys? In this post I am featuring again and bringing you back those days that I interviewed this hot and sexy nomadic lad. His name is Rinell Banda (Click here to see the post)

I am very fortunate enough because I was the one who first interviewed him before he got featured in a number one magazine show in GMA7 and became famous.

Watch the video below:

Ok here we go let me post it here - this second episode of my newly set up YouTube Channel is entitled “Episode 2 : Interview With Rinell Banda , The Sexy and Hot Nomadic Man ” is also one of my Sony Vegas Pro 13 projects.

If you noticed on the last part, I included an outro . Video Outro is very essential in VLOG or Video blogging because it will attract your viewers to watch the next video by clicking the annotation. In a movie we called it as credits wherein names of actors and acknowledgments are being shown on the last part of the movie. In VLOG (specially in Youtube) , we called it video outro wherein, instead of saying BYE to your viewers , you will convince them to stay tune for the next video.

Lesson Learned: Creating Perfect Outro Using Sony Vega Pro 13

I’ve been recording my travels and adventures for quite sometimes and have it uploaded in my youtube channel. But those video that I shared in my channel were raw files- no editing. I realized that video editing is really a requisite especially in video blogging or else my final product is not visually pleasant.

Lately, I discovered and just installed this sony vegas pro  13 , it is a video editing software package for non-linear editing (NLE) originally published by Sonic Foundry, now owned and run by Magix. I found it interesting and so, I studied it personally on how to use by watching youtube tutorials. In fact, famous Filipino Vloggers use this software for their Vlogs

I decided to create a new youtube channel which is associated in this blog “I Love Tansyong TV”. I made it so that I can upload my videos that are edited using Sony Vegas Pro. Indeed, it can also be a medium for me to notice my progress on the said field- editing. It is challenging task but I am enjoying it.

In this first Episode, I learned how to create a fireball and plasma ball effect. Though I admit that it was not really perfectly edited but as a beginner- it is acceptable.

🏖 Feeling At Home at Finnese Residencia, Puerto Galera.

 RATING : ⭐⭐⭐

Finding a cocktail bar, restaurant and lodging along the stretch of White Beach, Puerto Galera? Finesse Residencia can provide you – the most accommodating establishment in Puerto Galera (among others) . Owned by a couple, Mr Renante Trinidad and Mrs Jereline Calderon started to run the said establishment on January 2016.
Morning coffee at the Bar.

“We rented this place – Bar and hotel – from the original owner and together with my wife; we opted to run this business.” Mr Trinidad narrated.
e = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); “I never imagine myself running a bar along the shore since I have a sea phobia” he jokingly added.

Mr Trinidad is a certified accountant who used to work in a financial industry. He left the industry because he felt that there is something that he needs to do – something that makes him feels fulfilling.  Ever since, he is an aficionado of mixing liquor and so he worked as a bartender somewhere in Malate and San Juan.

>“I was riding the Banca and I found myself here in Puerto Galera. Ironically, no one can even persuade me riding a banca due to my fear.” He added.

That time, the original owner of the said establishment was planning to have it rented. The couple gave a try to start a new venture.

“I then applied my know-how on mixing liquors.” he humbly uttered.

Mr. Trinidad had an offer for cruise ship as a bartender but he decline the offer due to his fear of the sea.

Finesse Residencia Bar is situated at the left part of the beach. The location is quite silent because it is a distance away from the middle wherein the drag queens and fire dancers exist. But the couple applied their knowledge and ideas to bring the vibrant atmosphere on that area.

Summer of 2016 was their first summer. They brought an urban DJ and ledge dancers from Metro Manila to perform. Surprisingly, even if Puerto Galera is the Gay Mecca of the Country and majority of the guest are Gays, they were surprised because their bar was congested and patronized by gays despite that their performers are straight – ledge dancers and DJ.

“I am proud that we (with wife) were able to bring back the happiness in this pale area. Punong puno ito nung summer, abot hanggang dun (pointing to the beach)” proudly said.

REVIEW:

HOTEL 8/10

Together with my friends, we stayed at Finesse Residencia Hotel for two days and two nights. Since July is off-peak season, we’ve got the room- with two queen size bed, hot and cold shower and aircon - for only PHP1, 000 which will cost you PHP10, 000 during Holy Week. The room is enough to accommodate four guests and more. The water flow is awesome compared to other hotels – “malakas”. There is a television available and a wi-fi connection. Towels are also available upon request.

BAR 9/10

Since the owner is a proud mixologist, his bar offers varieties of mixed liquors which is new to my taste. He served us “Mindoro sling” but the base is vodka and it was truly amazing taste. Though, they charge 10 percent service fee on the top of the total bill, the service is quite pretty ok. Their service crews are attentive to response any request – refill of ice cubes, water and etc.

Moreover, karaoke is also provided for free

OVERALL 9/10

I will go back to this establishment; if I may not able to stay in their hotel maybe I’ll go back here to taste all their liquors. But what I love is that - I was able to meet the owner and had a little conversation. And I appreciate it so much.

Escaping Urban Living & Giving Time to Myself

Good day guys!

I just got home from a short vacation in ‪#‎puertogalera‬ - three days July 2,3 and 4, 2015 .It was fun and vibrant experience. I was able to meet random people from different walks of life – had drinks and rave party all night. But what is the most highlight of my travel - “I WAS ABLE TO WORSHIP AGAIN THE SUNSET” after six months of continuous working for a living.

Sigh!!! ... While staring at the colourful sunset.. The sun talked to me “Baby, it is ok to breathe in!”

(Video : I was waiting for the sunset at Tamaraw Resort, Puerto Galera with my friend Kuya Allan)

Sobrang tagal ko na pala na di ako nakakita ng sunset” Yes, I almost forgot when was the last time I witnessed the beauty of twilight. I just realized that I roughly exposed myself too much working for a living, to the point that I felt myself imprisoned because it was my option. I was captured in a reality that I have to prioritize my work or else I have nothing to pay for my bills.

One time, I come up an idea “WHY NOT LIVE AS MINIMALIST?”- Living life in a simple way, no lavish expenses, no stress and living my life in the fullest. But still i have to think twice – pros and cons.

I felt a sudden slow pace moment and I answered “I am now ready to go back to the real world tomorrow”

I am hoping that once i'll get back to the urban zone.. everything will be OK
