πŸ”Š Review and Unboxing of Treeone Bluetooth Audio Transmitter And Receiver.

πŸ‘¨‍πŸ’»
RATING: ⭐⭐⭐⭐/5

In this vlog, I will be unboxing my newly purchased Treeone Bluetooth Audio Transmitter And Receiver from Lazada Philippines. The said gadget is advisable if you have old speakers, subwoofer or alike that are not Bluetooth-ready.

Just like me, I have an old speaker and subwoofer that I've been using for almost 8 years now. I opted to just buy this item so that my old speaker and subwoofer will be capable of connecting my gadgets with our using wire. It would be easier now in my end since I will no longer keep on pulling and inserting the audio jack every time I used my gadgets.

REVIEW:

I had multiple bad experiences with Lazada in my previous purchases, Remember my vlog about  "πŸ›‘ Proof : Lazada Philippines Selling Returned Item." ; yesterday, I went back to Lazada App to check what item would be best for my needs and I just realized that I need a Bluetooth transmitter as an accessory on my Audio set up. From a long span of time that, I didn't order via Lazada, then yesterday I opted to take the risk to purchase again through them.

I opted Treeone Store, I am not familiar with that store as seemingly they don't have any physical store in the City. But with the price of PHP 719, when I got the item, that was worth for the doubt.

I ordered it on July 10 and two days after, I got the product and it was delivered to my door. It was actually working and when it comes to quality, in comparison on using jack - it was almost the same.
I tried using it on my SMART TV and it was 100 percent the same as the quality when using 3.55mm jack. The same thing on my laptop, it was totally the same but when it comes on my phone which is Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus, the audio quality is not good. I tried to troubleshoot but it was not really working perfectly on my phone.

The sound decrease into 50 percent, there is an echo/reverb effect and it is not crisp sound as I expected. When playing youtube, the sound breaks badly every now and then. Then I went back to my SMART TV and the quality is 100 percent best but using my phone - that was quite disappointing. And so, what I just did was I mirrored my phone through my Smart TV and used the TV audio instead to broadcast towards the Bluetooth.

So all in all, not all gadgets are compatible with this tiny guy. In my personal experience, it only works with SMART TV and LAPTOP which delivers the best audio but not on my phone.

PWEDE PAGTIYAGAAN ANG AUDIO VIA PHONE BUT SINCE ALAM MO NA ANG AUDIO QUALITY VIA SMART TV AND LAPTOP, NANGHIHIYANG AKO BAT HINDI SIYA NAGANA NG TODO SA PHONE.

Overall, for the price - it was a good buy as I was still able to use my old speakers and subwoofer. And it is now Bluetooth-ready.

🀳 STOP GLAMORIZING IN SOCIAL MEDIA - Put “YOU” in Youtube, Post “SELF” in Selfie.

πŸ‘¨‍πŸ’»

Dear Tansyong Lovers,

Undeniably, social media content creators nowadays are glamorizing in their post which is requisite. It is… yes… indeed requisite so that - it would be more visually appealing to you guys. I tried to emulate the trend to the point that I became fake to myself just to go with the flow. Faking statuses, fabricating positive stories and emotions – those tricks just for the so-called “likes”; but these made me sick later on.

Romanticizing everything made me crazy and it was disturbing since I can’t be consistent towards these curative posts. Social media taught me to embody a person who I was not – perfect. Tulad nito, English ako ng English pero sa loob ko, hirap na hirap na- e.g. things like that.

Pero natutunan ko na baguhin ang sarili ko. “LIVE WITHIN YOUR MEANS” and share it on your social media without hesitation that people might not accept it due to the fact that it isn’t the norms in social media. As long as you’re happy in yourself, the first entity that will first accept you is “YOU”.

Post your real “YOU”, don’t get scared if you commit mistake lalo na sa grammar, wag matakot Makita ang malalaki mong pores at oily mo na mukha, wag kabahan !

Pasensya na at medyo madrama ang post ko na ito. Hormonal imbalance ata ito. Charot!

Salamat at patuloy parin kayo na nandiyan sa akin. Mamatay man ako sa kinauupoan ko, Mahal na mahal ko kayo.

Truly,
 Tansyong.

πŸŽ₯ What Did I Learn From Youtube Creators Camp 2019 ?

πŸ‘¨‍πŸ’»

On May 25fth 2019 was actually the day that Pinoy Creators are waiting for the whole year – Youtube Creators Camp 2019. It is an annual event hosted by Youtube Philippines - benefits program that grants creators like me -e.g. access to new benefits, resources, and events as your subscriber number grows.

The last year 2019, I was not invited but fortunately this year, I was given a chance to register and be part of this –somewhat, event that motivates creators like me to keep going. It was held at The Blue Leaf Filipinas located at Belle Ave, Paranaque, Metro Manila adjacent to City of Dreams.

The event was a whole day full of activities and of course numerous Pinoy Creators from small to huge subs count together.

Watch the video below:

It was a tiring day, I must say but seems that workshop – it helps me to understand how to handle burn out especially in creating contents. Being a Youtuber nowadays became a number game, meaning; the success is being measured by numbers which lead to creator became pressured to produce contents. With that being said, creators might forget to enjoy such passion and it will become work which eventually you’ll give up especially if you noticed that you’re not mathematically growing in a short span of time.

And I am guilty on it….

Meanwhile, the next day May 26 was the day for the fans – so-called Youtube Fanfest 2019. FanFest takes YouTube's biggest stars from screens to live stages all over the world and celebrates the freedom to be heard, to be in the know, to be what’s next, and to belong. Simply, it is a concert for big Youtubers and a chance to all fans to watch their idols on stage.

This year it was held at SM MOA Arena, Pasay City.

I attended as my friend Brains Techknowlogy invited me as he was part of it. Honestly, I am not a big fan of attending Youtube Fanfest and in fact, that was my first time to join such fanfest.

🏠 As Young Professional, Which One is Better - Condo within Metro Manila or House and Lot in Nearby Provinces.

πŸ‘¨‍πŸ’»
Hello Tansyong Lovers, in this sit-down #Vlog I'll be discussing a Comparative Analysis as a Young Professional’s Point of View - on which one to invest as your dwelling; buying Condominium Unit within Metro Manila or House and Lot in nearby Provinces. If you’re still undecided on which one to acquire, and particularly if you’re within the ages of 24 - 34, working class and with a fast pacing lifestyle, then better consider watching this video.
HERE IS THE LIST THAT YOU HAVE TO CONSIDER FIRST BEFORE BUYING A PROPERTY:

Advertisement by Google:
 πŸ’Έ1. Total Cost Price (TCP)

Before I finally decided to get a condo unit, I’ve been thinking this multiple times. Condo within the Urban Zone in Metro Manila is pretty expensive in comparison to the houses and lots in nearby surrounding provinces e.g Cavite, Bulacan, and Rizal.

 πŸ“ 2. Location of Work.
However, my workplace is in Taguig City, which is very impossible for me to travel from the province towards my office every day. It would be exhausting and stressful. In addition, my fare would be higher if ever I have to take a public vehicle.

πŸ’± 3. Return of Investment (ROI)

Return of Investment, in this case, is not monetary. I am pertaining to the “value of the property that I am paying every month”. If I am getting a house and lot, the tendency is – I still have to rent an apartment just to cut off my commute time. Indeed, my property will be idle and my monthly amortization won’t be indulged yet my “house and lot” is continuously depreciating. Unlike if I’m going to opt a condo; my monthly amortization might higher but the important is – I am able to use the property.

  ✍️ 4. Ownership

Having a condo is not a lifetime. There is a law in the Philippines the so-called “50 Years Ownership Act”, wherein if the whole condominium building isn’t in good rigidness anymore, then this will be demolished. Since you only have the title of the unit solely and not on the land, it is impossible for you to claim your property. But I imagine – I won’t stay in my unit during my retirement. Maybe that time, I might have another property in the province for my retirement.

🍹 5. Lifestyle.

Moreover, my lifestyle is truly fast-pacing. How can I get a job in a timely manner if I reside outside Manila? I might get a job but not as urgent as someone who is actually living in the Urban Zone where the opportunities are achievable.

 πŸ”‘6. Accessibility.

If I am living in outside Manila, it would be difficult for me to go to the huge malls whenever I want.

πŸ’°7. Expenses

The cost of living in the Urban Zone might quite higher than living in the province. But my source of income is located in the City. I would sacrifice a small expense rather than not getting a well-paid job.

πŸš— 8. Parking Fee

Getting a car is a liability for me especially in the City where we experience scarcity of parking area. You always spend whenever you park your car but what about the gas and toll fee if you’re traveling every day to your house outside Manila.

🐢 9. Pet and Plants.
Getting Pets and Plants inside the condo is quite challenging especially if the “Management” prohibits it. But with your fast –pacing lifestyle, I am not sure if you still need to get a PET and Plant which need special attention.

πŸ”’10. Security.

Just simply, “WALANG AKYAT CONDO, PERO MAY AKYAT BAHAY”.

Undeniably, my viewpoint might not suitable for all my audiences as we have different priorities and plan. But I am giving you my suggestions as Jonathan Orbuda, who always being asked multiple times on such question "BAKIT DI KA KUMUHA NG BAHAY AT LUPA"?

🌈 I Love Tansyong TV Conducts SOGIE 101 to LGBTQIA Youngsters in Binangonan, Rizal

πŸ‘¨‍πŸ’»

Binangonan, Rizal -  an orientation was successfully organized by an LGBT activist Ruffa Florida for the purpose of giving information to a specific group of youth when it comes to LGBT issues. Mainly, it tackles SOGIE 101 or simply S3xual Orientation, Gender Identity and Expression, which discussed by the I Love Tansyong TV founder Jonathan D. Orbuda. The said informal meeting held in Barangay Upper Batingan, Municipality of Binangonan

BTA members are concentrating on every single detail about SOGIE
Florida 24, a hetero-woman is known for supporting LGBT activities from small to huge gatherings among Rizalian* clans.
Advertisement by Google:

Nakakatuwa kasi kasama ang mga LGBT (I enjoyed their company), natuto ako ( I also learned ) from them .Magaan ang loob ko sa kanila.( They are easy to go with)”Florida said.

Florida invited the clan** members of “Boyz Town Academy (BTA)” –the famous MSM*** (men having s3x with men) clan in the country- to attend the eyeball****. She targeted the Rizal Chapter aged 16-27 years old. The attendees are from Municipality of Antipolo, Binangonan, Cardona, Tanay, Morong, and Angono wherein they spent whole night for the said get-together.

Moreover, Jonathan D. Orbuda delivered the orientation on what are the differences between S3xual Orientation, Gender Identity, and Expression.

Masaya ako na naipamahagi ko ang kaalaman ko sa mga batang ito( I am glad to share my knowledge to these youth.” Orbuda said.

Naging clan founder din ako nung kasing edad ko sila( I used to be a founder of a clan when I was young) , at nakita ko ang sarili ko sa kanila ( and I can see myself to them) – ang maling pagkakakilanlan sa sarili nila ( the failure to identify one’s self ) at sa maling information na nakatatak sa kamalayan nila dahil sa kakulangan ng kaalaman ( and misinformation they learnt )” he added. Orbuda focused on the differences between Lesbian, Gay, Bis3xual and Transgender.

“They consider gay to be someone dressed as a girl (cross-dressing) but if you’re dressed as a guy you’re considered Bis3xual which is wrong information. And so, I emphasized the context of SOGIE”, Orbuda explained.

After the gathering, food and beverages were served.

“Natuto ako talaga sa (I learnt so much from the) discussion .Na-realize ko kasi na sa clan namin ( I just realized that within my clan) , may discrimination din - kasi bawal sumali ang mga pa-girl at crossdresser ( we discriminate effeminates and cross dressers). Napagtanto ko na discriminated na nga tayo sa lipunan( I realized that we are already discriminated within our society) , tayo- tayo pa ang nagdi (but we also)- discriminate within our LGBT community.” JM from Antipolo shared.

Rizalian* - Inhabitants in Rizal Province.

Clan**- informal group of (mainly) men
who have s3x with men whose main ways
of staying connected is by using
 technological advances – e.g. mobile phones/gadgets

πŸŽ™ EP12 - πŸš€ Partee N Play Subculture in Philippine Gay Society.

πŸ‘¨‍πŸ’»

Miguel accepted the interview about this taboo subculture in a gay society the so-called “Partee and Play”.

Partee and  Party  (PNP and PnP) is a phenomenon/event and subculture of recreational drug users who engage in s3xual activities with one another, either one-on-one or in groups. It is also called chemical session, chem session, and partying. It is very famous yet discreet among MSM in the Philippines. And so, The term is often but not always used by and associated with gay men and men who have s3x with men (MSM).

Feeling High After the chem session - Photo by Outrage Magazine

The drug of choice is typically methamphetamine, known as crystal or tina in the gay community or Ice. Other "party drugs" such as MDMA and GHB are less associated with this term. It has been called an "epidemic" in the gay community nowadays.

I was very interested to tackle about the topic since personally; I 've watched a lot of news in the Philippine TV that numerous gays were caught having a drug session in hotels, condos, and etcetera, and having s3x after.  In addition, recently we've heard the news regarding the sudden death of a woman during the Sinulog Concert due to a drug overdose. Ecstasy and Meth are very famous and truly it is discreet yet rampant within the said subculture - gay subculture and socialites despite of the current administration's war against prohibited drugs.

Within the subculture – there are various terminologies that even me – I don’t know the meaning.  E.i, Fly High, Slam, Partee and Chill, and etcetera.  The main goal of taking these drugs is recreational and it leads to arousal that results in practicing unsafe s3x.

The term "party and play" -  has emerged as a warning that partying and playing leads to bareback s3x which increases the chances of contracting HIV and may result in other consequences such as neurological damage and resistance to HIV drugs.

Meanwhile, Miguel 20 years old who came from a prominent family exposed the said (not so) underground gathering of elite people to party and it involves taking a prohibited drug.

πŸŽ€ Basic Cheerleading Moves Ft. CAA Stingrays Pep Squad, Las Pinas.

πŸ‘¨‍πŸ’»

Two days from now, the NCC Season 14 Final will be kicking higher with its theme “ We are fearless”, that’s gonna be on March 9-10, 2019  at 2:00 PM, SM Mall of Asia Arena. If you can’t make it on weekend, nothing to worry about; because National Cheerleading Championship is partnered with ESPN5 and you can watch it LIVE at the comfort in your home.

As a supporter of CAA Stingrays and CUP Eagles Pep Squad who made it to the Finals, I’ll be watching it live since I got the privilege of having “ALL ACCESS” wrist band courtesy of Rhey Jinald Almazan – coach of CAA Stingrays and CUP Eagles Pep Squad. I am not really sure if I am going to cover all the routines and performances from all the teams and upload it in my channel as YouTube recently became strict on copyright issues. And I have to be careful about it since all the music that the teams will be using is copyright protected.  In addition, I just want to enjoy watching instead of bothering myself taking videos.

One thing for sure, I’ll just vlog that day but I can’t promise if I can upload all the performances. Hopefully, if I got motivated – then I will cover it and just upload it in my second channel. Sana di ako mapagod  😏 .

Meanwhile, bago tayo maging pressure sa FINAL. I’ll just share you guys this video wherein CAA Stingrays Pep Squad challenged me to take their mats and to experience their lives as cheerleaders.

πŸ„ Buying a Property at DECA Clark Residences and Resort in Angeles City, Good or Bad Decision?

πŸ‘¨‍πŸ’»

Undeniably, having a permanent and decent dwelling is everyone’s dream. We strived hard for blood money to just posses your dream house and lot or condo unit.  But choosing a property nowadays is a challenge. You have to consider the location, the cost of the property, the quality; you need to forecast what will be the state of the community where your property located is, 10 years from now - is it depreciating or appreciating.

My officemate Maria Lourdes Tampolino, a mother of two decided to buy a property located in Brgy. Margot, Angeles City named Deca Clark Residences and Resort- its high elevation ensures flood-free subdivision and with its close proximity to Clark Freeport Zone, she gets fast access to the central hub for businesses and investments in the Philippines.

“I opted to get a property in this location because I can see the potential of this subdivision,” she said.

She pertains to the dramatic developing stage of the Clark- wherein it is being planned to be developed into a green city. Moreover, Clark International Airport is just a few minutes drive away from the Deca Clark. The shopping centers are just nearby like SM City Clark and Duty-Free.
Advertisement by Google:

“I won’t have any difficulties when it comes to entertainment to my children and visitors” proudly uttered.

The amenities of the subdivision are quite breathtaking. Inside, a private resort named Palo Verde Resort is located wherein you can indulge the pool and the restaurant for an amount of PHP120 entrance fee. The famous Deca Wake Park Clark; Wakeboard Park offers an 8-hectare resort complex that is indeed the selling point of the subdivision. In fact, this coming November 2019, the SEA GAMES for wakeboarding will be held there for two days.

DECA Clark Residences and Resort exhibit 2-story townhouses that usually have two bedrooms with one bath and toilet. There is also a designated phase where the bungalow houses are being offered. It has Landscaped Entrance Arch, Clubhouse, Free Swimming Pool for the homeowners (aside from the paid resort Palo Verde Place), Parks and Playground, Basketball Courts, Large landscaped open spaces, Tree-lined sidewalks, Streetlights, Security guards on location, Shuttle service, and the proposed 300-seater Church.

Joined me as I am visiting the property for an ocular, and watch the video below:

🎬WATCH :
This property might locate far away from the bustling city of Manila but for Lourdes, she is proud that Angeles City has a different ambiance – a green city where she said – it is similar from the USA.
