The Successful #NCCSeason14 National Capital Region Qualifier - So Vibrant and Dynamic.

When we reminisced our adolescent stage from where you are today, have you noticed the changes?
Well, in this video blog that I created, I had a chance to attend the annual National Cheerleading Championship Season 14 for NCR qualifier on February 23, 2019, Saturday afternoon at Market Market Activity Center, Taguig City. This is also to friend’s team named CAA Stingrays PEP Squad for High School Division and City University of Pasay CUP Eagles for college division – both teams, he is the coach.

I arrived at the event at 1:00PM, wherein the surrounding was occupied of massive young people from various schools and universities, among others. At that moment, I felt I was entering into the world of energetic inhabitants, so vibrant and dynamic. Seemingly, I traveled back into my younghood.

I decided not to cover all the performances as I opted to enjoy the event rather than monitoring my camera’s angle while vlogging. I just vlogged a portion of the event – performances e.g. CAA Stingrays PEP Squad, City University of Pasay CUP Eagles and National University.

 WATCH THE VIDEO BELOW:

When I arrived at home at 7:00PM, my body was so tired but my mind was still alive – remembering the jumps, tosses, splits and tumbling, which I’ve witnessed. Undeniably, I loved the feeling of exposing such kind of event wherein I was able to meet young people because it energized me. Moreover, it helps me realized that I am getting older as I compared myself to them- I easily feel tired but these young people, their energy is boundless and I hope they’ll use in achieving their dreams.

🎙 EP9 - An Interview to an Outdoor S*x Tripper. (Podcast By Jonathan Orbuda )

James is 26 years old, self-proclaimed gay from Mandaluyong City who is proud of doing risky s*xual acts in public places. He admits that he enjoyed a lot doing such act in public but he never claimed as an exhibitionist. He narrated his story to Jonathan Orbuda’s podcast on how he became an aficionado of practicing the so-called “Outdoor S*x Tripping”.

Public s*x is a s*xual activity that takes place not in an entirely private context. It refers to a person or more than one person performing a sex act in a public place or in a private place but can be viewed in a public place. Such private places can include the back yard or even the bedroom with the curtains open. It also includes such acts in a semi-public place, where the general public is free to enter, such as a shopping mall. Public places where s*x acts can be performed include a car (commonly called parking), on a beach, in the woods, as well as in a theatre, bus, street, toilet, cubicle or cemetery.
James is also famous in an online daring video site because he uploaded his extreme encounters with random men within his office premises.

🍋 Pomegranate Fruit AKA Granada Fruit - My First Time In Marinduque.

The pomegranate with the scientific name Punica Granatum is a fruit-bearing deciduous shrub in the family Lythraceae that grows between 5 and 10 m (16 and 33 ft) tall. In the Philippines, it is famous as Granada Fruit.  It has been studied that Pomegranate juice is a powerful anti-inflammatory because of its high concentration of antioxidants. It can help reduce inflammation throughout the body and prevent oxidative stress and damage.

The first time that I saw a Granada Tree with abundant of fruits on it was when I traveled to Marinduque a few years ago. I remembered, heading to Ka Amon Cave – there was a household that captured my attention because of its colorful fruits. I was under the impression that it was a guava tree but our tour guide told us that it was Granada Fruit.

While staring at the trees and getting amazed, the owner of the house noticed us and went out of the house. She was smiling and offered us the ripe fruits. Depending on the variety and degree of ripeness, the seeds of the pomegranate can vary in taste from only a little sour (similar to ripe cherries) to fairly sharp (similar to uncooked cranberries). It can be enjoyed straight by simply eating the seeds, in any of a number of pomegranate-derived goods, or as a juice. But I ate it straight from the tree. It was sweet and a bit of sour yet it was tolerable.

Actually, it has been years past by since I visited the Province of Marinduque. And I just remember how the locals were truly welcoming to us. And surely, I’ll be back to this province sooner.

🎥WATCH VLOG HOW MY FRIEND REACTED TO MY OLD PHOTOS:

📸I decided to look for my old pictures and here are some of my old photos.

I was in my second-year college. We're creating a video for our LAW subject.

My first time in the Manila Bulletin Printing Building in Intramuros City

With my Classmates Economistas’ Outing the Cheapest Way Possible in Siniloan, Laguna.

Night Scene in Thunderbird Resort, Binangonan Rizal

Visiting Vicente Manansala Historical Landmark in Binangonan Rizal.

This was my first time to go to Thunderbird Resort in Rizal with my colleges from the University's Publication.

This picture - I must say, this was the moment that I wanted to delete in my past. Let's just don't talk about it.

Remember that days when you rent a VCD or DVD in video city. Those where the days when Netflix doesn't exist and we never thought it will exist.

When I was college, I joined numerous school organizations and it shows in this picture on how I was tired of all those extracurricular activities aside from my academics obligation.

PGT aka Pilipinas Got Talent, Yeah! I also auditioned there one time. Mataas lang talaga pangarap ko when I was young but I didn't make it.

LOOK AT THAT HAIRSTYLE - Long back hairstyle was becoming a trend at some point in my college days. It was really fun looking at these pictures and remembering how I looked like that time.

When I started working and earning money for myself. I had this experience wherein I spent the majority of my earning into parties, bars and having a fun time with "friends". It was just a stage that I had no regret when I became older but it taught me a lot.

I was once a TAMBAY SA COMPUTER SHOP, this was my college days wherein I have to spend much time in the internet shop with friends to avoid staying at home.

My first call center was in ALORICA  located in Alphaland Magallanes. I had fun working there and I learned how to survive in a stressful environment - CALL CENTER.

During my college, I enrolled in ROTC as an elective and the fun part was I even joined a training to become a cadet officer. Until now, I don't even recall as to why I let myself involved in difficult training - maybe I just want to prove something.

I also joined a HipHop Dance Group during my college even though it was just a short span of time.

It shows in my smile the success of my Thesis Defense.

This was my OJT aka on job training in MERALCO main office at the Salary and Benefits Department.

When I was 16, at that time when the popular Rakista looks went popular. At this early age, I already worked in a Bakeshop somewhere in Caloocan for a living.

My childhood was fun since I grew up with my grandparents in the province of Bohol.

What I remembered during my college life - I really loved getting pierce. I had piercing in my nose line, my both nipple has a ring, my navel, and etcetera.

This was during our Brainstorming session with The Pillar Publication when I was college. We went to a hill located in Tayuman, Binangonan Rizal just to gather our ideas and put in writing for the next issue of the University's magazine.

With my cousin when I was 14 years old in the Province of Bohol where I grew up and spent my childhood there.

🎙 EP7 - The Art of Letting Go - 🎧 Guest Randy Sy Mendoza.

Randy Sy Mendoza from Mandaluyong City - guest for the seventh episode .

Topic : The Art of Letting Go. Not all relationship ended successfully , some failed due to some reasons. And  so we have to let it go for the betterment. But letting go a relasionship is not that easy. It takes a time and a process for us to move on. The "Art of letting Go" - it can be applicable to anybody but sometimes it's not.

Bohol - and All Its Natural Beauty.

When you think of Bohol, you immediately think of three things: chocolate hills, white sand beaches and those adorable tarsiers. And yet Bohol is so much more than that. A trip to this famous destination is like immersing yourself in nature and all the beauty it has to offer. No wonder it will always be in any wanderlust’s bucket list.

The Beach

Sunrise at Dumaloan Beach Resort

Before Boracay became the “Tita place” it has now become as some millenials would point out, Bohol is on top of anyone dreaming about a beach escape sans the nighttime parties that could sometimes get too crowded and rowdy (think LaBoracay). Panglao, an island that is not too far from the mainland, also boasts of powdery white sands and crystal blue waters. Guests who long for the perfect getaway from the stresses of city life will surely find it in the calm and tranquil beach scene of Panglao.

Morning at Dumaloan Beach Resort

The Adventure

If you’re one to look for adventure, there are so many activities in Bohol to choose from.

Eco Adventure Tour

Thrill seekers will have the time of their life in this adventure center. They can go trekking into a historic canyon, go kayaking in Wahig river, or climb up the canyon walls. And if those aren’t enough, they can opt to try the other attractions like the two-way zipline aptly called “Suislide” or go on a death defying bungee jump called “The Plunge”. Definitely not for the faint hearted!

Loboc River Cruise

If slow and steady is more your type, then cruising the calm river waters of Loboc is the way to go. This famous river cruise gives its guests the chance to go into the depths of the forest as the winding river cuts through it - this while getting a glimpse of the countryside as it traverse the inner towns. Having lunch while being serenaded by local musicians completes this ultimate nature experience.

Chocolate Hills ATV Experience

Most tourists check out the world renowned Chocolate Hills through the 214-step viewing deck. But unknown to many, it is also accessible via an all terrain vehicle or ATV. In the town of Carmen, visitors may opt to see the hills up close and personal by going on a muddy ATV ride. Perfect way to break in your new GoPros and shoot those drool worthy IG stories!

The Wildlife

Who can think of Bohol and not remember the big, soulful eyes of the tarsier? Tarsiers, considered to be one of the smallest primates in the world, can be found in two sanctuaries in Bohol - one in Corella and another in Loboc. Gone were the days when it was allowed to hold them in in your hands. This was prohibited since it was found out that these poor, nocturnal creatures are stressed by the presence of all the humans around them. Tourists can still see them in their natural habitat and they are frequently found hiding behind leaves or sleeping while perched on a tree branch. If you’re close enough you can even have a picture with them. No flash photography though!

Man Made Forest.

No Bohol trip is complete without passing by the Bohol Bee Farm. This organic farm and restaurant offers delicious, freshly prepared meals. Their crowd pleasers include the squash bread, the beautiful flower salad and the Buzzz ice cream! Of course, the real stars of the show are the honey bees. As part of the tour, the resort will show you the honeycombs and the different by-products of their bee cultivation like pure honey and salad dressings. This eco- tourist destination also supports livelihood projects so be sure to checkout the different products being sold at the farm.

There’s so much to Bohol than meets the eye. Whether you’re looking for something new and exciting or you’re more into the cool and steady vibe, this destination will always have something to offer. Bohol’s nature rich paradise is surely worth coming back to time and again.

🎙 EP6 - In Commiting a Relationship Which is Important - Heart Versus Mind? 💘 - PODCAST

Everyone probably has at least one, if not many, relationships they knew they shouldn’t have gotten into it. Your mind is most likely the culprit every time this happens. You analyze a guy you encounter and try to rationalize getting into the relationship for a variety of reasons. You may be bored, have poor options, or recovering from a disastrous relationship, and he just may be the best of the worst. Your mind could possibly be thinking a million things like, well this could be convenient, he likes me so much, or in my case, he seems all right, I guess this could work.

Advertisement by Google:
All these things usually pertain to the great personality traits of the guy and ignore how strange or horrible he probably is, causing your brain to temporary silence your heart shouting “Don’t do it!” in the background.

Logic is equally as important as remembering what your first instinct was and listening to what your heart is telling you. Yes, your mind is rational and reasonable, and it has helped you figured out so much in life, like mathematical problems, or how best to strategize other areas of your life. However, when it comes to matters of the heart, isn’t it best to listen to your heart? When you have gotten into a regrettable, brain-induced relationship, you will quickly see things souring. You will notice an obvious grimace on your face as you reject one of his calls, or when you ignore his text message. You will blow every misstep on his part out of proportion, because inside you know you never should have been with him.

Even though you have already declared yourself as part of a committed relationship, in a short while your eyes will start to wander to other men. Soon everything in connection with the relationship will get so tedious and distasteful, that you will just try to avoid it all and escape to your friends.

If you are experiencing these symptoms of an all logic based relationship, it is advisable to be get out of the relationship as soon as possible. You pseudo-significant other, in most cases, won’t realize that you aren’t really into it, so you should just end it before it causes greater heartache for them, or causes you greater break-up guilt. You should always follow your heart, but also take into account what your brain has to say, to make you the most happy. Time isn’t running out. Be patient and find someone who your heart and mind both agree with. This will save you from spending countless hours from determining if you are in the right relationship or treating the other person as you should. You will know it’s right, when a person satiates both your mind and heart perfectly.
